What kind of glass projects will I work on?

You will work on a variety of premium residential jobs, including frameless showers, mirrors, splashbacks and wardrobe doors. There are also opportunities to work on more specialised installations like balustrades and shopfronts.

Most projects are based around Melbourne’s western suburbs, especially in areas such as Hoppers Crossing and Werribee. We focus on residential installations and broadly keep travel to local areas.

No. We provide modern tools and equipment to make your work easier.

Our glaziers generally work Monday to Friday during normal daytime hours. Start and finish times can vary depending on projects, and there may be paid overtime when required. Weekends are rare and usually only if a job needs to be completed by a specific deadline.

We know glazing is physically demanding, so we invest in equipment and processes that reduce strain. Our supervisors are hands-on and our team culture is about helping each other out, not just getting the job done.

We follow strict safety protocols for handling and installing glass. This includes manual handling training, protective equipment and team procedures designed to reduce physical strain. Safety is built into every stage of a project.

All new team members go through structured onboarding and hands-on training. Over time, you can upskill into design, project management or leadership roles. We want to see our people grow with us.

We offer above-award wages, performance bonuses and regular team events. We want this role to be both financially rewarding and enjoyable.
