No. We come out, measure on site and give you a written quote at no cost, with no obligation to go ahead. For supply-only glass and mirrors you can also send your measurements or visit our Hoppers Crossing showroom where we can quote on the spot.
It depends. We can cut float and laminate glass at your property to repair your window or door straight away. For toughened glass or other installations, there is a lead time to ordering and receiving your product, which we will clearly communicate to you when we provide a written quote.
Yes. If glass has been broken in a break-in, an accident or a storm, call (03) 9360 9900 during business hours and we will fit you in as soon as we can, make the area safe and replace the glass. See our glass repairs page for how it works.
