Working with builders
The trade that doesn't hold up your program
Glazing sits at an awkward point in a build. It’s late enough that everything before it has already moved, and visible enough that the client notices immediately if it’s wrong. A glazier who doesn’t turn up, or who turns up with the wrong panel, pushes handover and costs you more than the glass ever did.
We’ve been glazing residential and commercial jobs across Melbourne for over 40 years, and most of that work comes from builders who call us back. Turn up when we said, measure properly, install it once.
From lock-up through to handover
We cover the full scope on a build. Windows and doors at lock-up, shopfronts and partitions on commercial fit-outs, then balustrades, mirrors, splashbacks and shower screens through the finishing stages. That means one trade to coordinate instead of chasing separate suppliers at each phase.
Everything goes in to Australian Standard 1288 and the Building Code of Australia, with the right glass type for each application. Toughened where it needs to be toughened, laminated where the spec calls for it, and documentation you can hand to a building surveyor without a follow up conversation.
