Working with maintenance companies
Your deadline is the one we work to
When glass lands on your run sheet, you’re usually already committed to a response time. Your client has an SLA, the site needs to be secure, and the job has to be closed out and reported before anyone signs off on it. A glazier who can’t tell you when they’ll attend puts all of that at risk.
We work the way maintenance contractors need us to. Clear answers on timing, a glazier who arrives in the window we gave you, and the job completed properly the first time so it doesn’t come back as a callback three weeks later.
Made safe first, finished properly after
On urgent jobs the priority is getting the site secure. We’ll board up, clear the broken glass and remove the hazard, then come back with the right glass cut to size once it’s been measured properly. That way your client has a safe site immediately, even when the replacement pane needs to be toughened or laminated to order.
We hold a wide range of glass at our Hoppers Crossing workshop, so most jobs don’t wait on a supplier. Toughened and laminated glass cut to size, shopfronts, partitions, balustrades and high traffic areas, all installed to Australian Standard 1288 and the Building Code of Australia.
WHY PARTNER WITH ECONOMY GLASS?
Rapid response times
We prioritise urgent jobs so you can hold your own service deadlines. Tell us the window you’re working to and we’ll tell you straight if we can meet it.
Make safe, then repair
We’ll secure the site and clear the hazard first, then return with the correct glass. Your client isn’t left with an open building while a panel is being made.
Bulk and contract pricing
Agreed rates for ongoing maintenance work, so pricing is consistent job to job. Easier to quote, easier to reconcile.
Quality craftsmanship
High standard glazing that’s built to last, done right the first time. Fewer callbacks and less rework on your books.
