We are a family owned glazing and glass company based in the western suburbs of Melbourne that prioritises staff happiness and culture above all other things in the business. We spend so much of our life at work and believe that by minimising staff frustration and improving staff happiness it ultimately results in a much better quality of product and service for our customers. We want to work on cool projects with cool people and have fun doing it.

Our company director created a industry leading glass company that combines glazing software and technology (some of which we have designed ourselves) , innovative glazing systems and excellent customer service to deliver the very best products and service to our customers.

 

We have a young, enthusiastic and dynamic team who  have built a great working culture. Its a positive and uplifting place of learning to improve not only our personal lives but also our colleagues and customers who we deal with every single day. We support each other through the challenges life throws at us and love to celebrate individual achievements.  We. have a continual learning ethos where mistakes are looked at as a positive and an opportunity to improve .
